GR Korea is looking to recruit a Public Policy Analyst for our office in Seoul (Yeongdeungpo-gu), to support our work on a range of Korean public policy issues.
In this role you will build a firm foundation to a career in government relations and public affairs, as well as have opportunities to advance in the company. The chosen candidate will be required to work in a client-facing capacity, on a variety of accounts spanning different sectors. A high level of English is essential.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent spoken and written Korean and English is essential
- Solid understanding of Korean policies and the policy-making process, and a working knowledge of Korean government and politics
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to take a creative and proactive approach to solving complex, policy-related challenges as part of an expert team
- A strong desire to contribute to policy dialogue in Korea and to tackle real policy challenges
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
RESPONSIBILITY
- Public policy research and analysis, report writing, editing, and strategic development
- Helping to implement strategic outreach and engagement plans with policy stakeholders
- Working with colleagues on a variety of important policy challenges
- All-round support as part of the GR Korea and The GR Company team, including generating ideas and proposals for new business development
EDUCATION
- Good university degree (2:1 or higher) in a related subject (such as public policy, economics, politics, communications or international relations)
