  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, labor, inventory, and performance reports.
  • Oversee cash-register procedures, credit-card processing, and deposit accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Order inventory and supplies while controlling costs and preventing shortages.
  • Perform accurate monthly inventory counts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the entire property.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, systems, and facilities are properly maintained.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Maintain required safety records, postings, and SDS documentation.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and community-outreach activities.
Qualifications

  • At least three years of management experience in an automotive service center, quick-lube operation, tire store, repair facility, or comparable retail business.
  • Strong leadership, employee-management, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and daily business operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate customer vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and mechanical hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, crouching, and lifting. The Center Manager will regularly work around vehicles and may be exposed to outdoor temperatures, noise, vehicle exhaust, automotive fluids, and other typical shop conditions.
