Senior Manager – People & Reward Consulting

A leading HR and management consulting firm is looking for an experienced professional to join its People & Reward Consulting practice.

We are seeking an HR professional with 10–12 years of relevant experience, ideally with strong consulting exposure and a solid understanding of Organizational Design and Total Rewards, benchmarking and compensation design.

• Design and deliver organization development interventions, including organizational structure, job design, competency frameworks, career architecture and employee engagement.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements across reward strategy, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading and pay structure design.
• Analyze and interpret market data and translate insights into practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to CHROs, CFOs and senior leadership teams.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership and new reward solutions.

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or HR Consulting.
• Strong technical expertise in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, grading and incentive design.
• Comfortable engaging with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, Economics or a related discipline would be preferred.
