Life Enrichment Aide (Weekends & Fill-In)

As a Life Enrichment Aide, you'll help create meaningful experiences that bring joy and purpose to our residents by:

• →Assisting with games, crafts, exercise programs, music, special events, and social activities.
• →Encouraging residents to participate in activities that match their interests and abilities.
• →Building positive relationships through conversation, companionship, and one-on-one visits.
• →Supporting weekend activities and stepping in to cover scheduled or unexpected staffing needs.
• →Helping organize activity supplies and prepare for events.
• →Assisting with activity documentation and communication with the care team.
• →Creating a welcoming, engaging environment where residents can connect, laugh, and enjoy each day.

• A caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual.
• A passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a willingness to participate in resident activities.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, healthcare, or activities is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work weekends and provide coverage for fill-in shifts as needed.

This position requires frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting. Team members should be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
