GreenFlux offers a cloud-based charge point management SaaS solution. This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. With its offering, GreenFlux plays a pivotal role in facilitating the uptake of electric vehicles and the renewable energy revolution. To keep up with the rapid market and business expansion and to support the company’s dynamic growth, we are looking for new ambitious colleagues.

Are you a seasoned Product Manager ready to step out of the coordination loop and into real product building? At GreenFlux, we’re looking for someone who who wants to make a lasting impact on both the world and our company. You will take conceptual ownership of key product improvement initiatives and ensure they are successfully launched and adopted by customers.

● Translate customer needs and commercial opportunities into clear product & service propositions

● Keep a close eye on trends and developments in both the e-mobility and related markets.

● Manage the go-to-market process

● Do the life-cycle management of Products and (managed) Services

● Take ownership of a process of continuous user feedback for product and process improvement

● Present and explain your products, the product strategy and roadmap internally as well as to (potential) customers

● Challenge assumptions with data and evidence, and keep the focus on measurable outcomes in a complex environment

● Work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into shipped impact

● Track and improve the profitability of the products and services

  > 5 year experience as a Product Manager

• →

  Passion for building meaningful software collaboratively—not managing from the sidelines.

  A highly-data driven attitude

• →

  Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and collective ownership.

  A breadth mindset: the ability to look beyond a narrow area of expertise and explore connections between business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.

  A strong technical understanding or a background in software engineering is an advantage

  Experience of working with B2B energy, payments or SaaS products is seen as an advantage
