We are looking for an RPA Support Developer (MS Power Platform) to join our delivery team and provide operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for automations built on Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop flows), Power Apps basics, and integrating connectors and APIs. This is a support-focused position: you will troubleshoot incidents, implement timely fixes, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to keep automation solutions stable and efficient. We value strong communication and stakeholder management—able to translate technical issues into clear, business-facing updates—alongside a collaborative mindset, empathy for end users, and a service-oriented approach. The right person is proactive, adaptable to changing priorities, organized in documenting runbooks and changes, skilled at problem-solving under pressure, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production automations built on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps / Dataverse).

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents and failures; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.• Review flow run history, logs and error messages to identify and resolve exceptions.

• Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes to existing flows and apps.

• Manage versions, deployments and environment promotion (Dev → Test → Prod) following ALM best practices.

• Configure and troubleshoot connectors, gateway connections, authentication and service accounts.

• Document fixes, runbooks and change history; create clear, concise technical documentation for handover.

• Coordinate with business users, project managers and IT teams to validate fixes and deploy changes.

• Support performance tuning, monitoring and proactive improvements to reduce incidents and increase reliability.

• Ensure security, compliance and governance standards for automation solutions are followed.

 

Requirements

• 2+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (cloud and/or

desktop).

• Practical experience with Power Apps and Dataverse or equivalent data stores.

• Knowledge of connectors, API integration and authentication (OAuth, client credentials).

• Familiarity with ALM processes, solutions, environments and deployment pipelines.

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation support tasks.

• Troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail and good communication skills.

• Experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus.
