Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department by assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, data analysis, and administrative projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare finance while offering exposure to hospital operations, accounting processes, and financial decision-making.

• →Assist with preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and budget analyses.
• →Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
• →Review and organize financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• →Conduct research and analyze trends to support departmental initiatives.
• →Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related projects.
• →Collaborate with Finance team members on special projects and process improvements.
• →Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient-related information.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous internship, coursework, or experience in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• Interest in healthcare finance and hospital operations.
