We help commercial event organizers like Ascential, Hyve, Emerald and Clarion Events boost revenue by establishing, maintaining and tracking relationships between participants over multiple events. This is possible because Grip goes beyond networking. It combines AI with billions of interactions happening across the platform with a powerful event management system, seamless registration and award-winning mobile event app so participants meet the right people at the right time.
We are looking for a highly analytical, tech-savvy Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you are the driver of our revenue engine.
You will build, automate and scale our marketing campaigns to ensure our Go-To-Market strategy operates reliably and generates consistent pipeline. By bridging the gap between marketing and sales, you will own our complete marketing tech stack, launch full-funnel campaigns, orchestrate ABM programs, and leverage emerging AI technologies to drive growth. ~1 min readAs our Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution across the entire buyer journey. Your responsibilities are broken down into the following core areas:
HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub)
Salesforce (in collaboration with other teams)
Apollo
Zapier
Google Analytics
Fathom
Google Tag Manager
CookieYes
SE Ranking
Google Search Console
Proven experience in SaaS Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (bonus points for Salesforce experience), particularly in building campaigns, workflows, and lead routing.
A highly analytical mindset with a solid understanding of full-funnel reporting, multi-touch attribution and lead scoring.
Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing for CAC/ROAS.
Comfortable using tools like Zapier to automate tasks and connect platforms.
A strong foundation in SEO, CRO and website CMS management.
A forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI tools, like Claude, to speed up execution and improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for the commercial leadership team.
