Our delivery team within Early Careers attract, hire, develop and support over 650 graduates, interns and apprentices every year as they start their careers at Sky. We also design short term experiences for hundreds more to find out about Sky and get their first experience of work. About this role

At the heart of Early Careers attraction, this role shapes how thousands of students experience the employer brand. As Campaign & Branding Lead, you’ll bring ideas to life—leading creative, insight‑driven campaigns that cut through across multiple channels. Working closely with the Marketing and Attraction Manager, Content & Events Lead and the operations team, you’ll balance pace with precision, ensuring campaigns land brilliantly and deliver real impact. You’ll also turn performance data into smarter decisions, helping continuously refine what great attraction looks like. Fast‑moving, collaborative, and influential, this role is ideal for someone excited by combining creativity, strategy, and execution to make a genuine difference.

Key Metrics
  • 100% Delivering campaigns on time and within budget
  • 70% of all applications sourced from direct campaign activity
