We are looking for an enthusiastic German-Speaking Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ.
As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager at Grover, you will support the daily management and optimization of our performance marketing efforts, primarily focusing on Google Ads. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will help drive Grover's growth engine by acquiring new customers and subscriptions through data-driven campaigns. This role is a great opportunity to learn and progress quickly in a challenging environment alongside experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Support the daily management of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, App) and Meta campaigns to ensure they run efficiently toward web and app targets.
- →Assist in developing, launching, and iterating on creative and copy tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
- →Monitor daily spend across channels to ensure correct pacing and alert the team to performance fluctuations.
- →Partner with Brand and Creative teams to provide feedback on ad assets and ensure alignment with performance goals.
- →Help acquire new customers and orders in the most efficient way to meet business plans and monthly budgets.
- →While primarily focused on Google Ads, you may expand into additional performance marketing channels over time.

- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically with Google Ads in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Foundational knowledge and experience in various Google Ads formats (Search, YouTube, DemandGen, Shopping, Pmax, App).
- An analytical and data-driven mindset with a high level of curiosity and a desire to learn complex marketing technologies.
- Exposure to additional performance marketing channels and tracking/attribution tools, and a passion for the circular economy and/or B2C e-commerce are highly appreciated.
- Fluency in English and C2-Native German skills are a must for this position.
