About the Role
~1 min readYou’ll own and scale our performance engine end-to-end. From high-velocity model launches to paid acquisition across search and social, you’ll drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and scale a high-performing acquisition engine across search and paid social
- →Own Google Search: launch agile campaigns for frequent model releases and build always-on campaigns that convert high-intent traffic into revenue
- →Own paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit): collaborate with creative and content teams to produce quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works
- →Partner with marketing and product teams to align on priorities, launches, and messaging
- →Drive experimentation across channels, landing pages, and funnel conversion
- →Analyze performance deeply: identify bottlenecks, surface insights, and recommend product and marketing improvements
- →Build scalable reporting and attribution to tie spend to revenue
- →The majority of the team is based in San Francisco; this role requires 3-4 hours of daily overlap with PST for alignment and fast execution.
- Have 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing at high-growth startups
- Have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit)
- Have experience in B2B and/or prosumer markets (developer tools, SaaS, or similar)
- Are highly data-driven and detail-oriented. You care about the numbers and what drives them
- Move fast, test constantly, and are comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Go beyond campaign execution. Proactively suggest product and growth improvements
