~1 min read- →Commercial Budgeting & Cash Discipline: Own the end-to-end purchasing budget lifecycle. You’ll lead annual and quarterly planning, coordinate allocations with Category Managers, and dynamically adjust forecasts to protect cash flow and hit growth targets.
- →Performance Monitoring & Course Correction: Provide a 360° view of category performance. You’ll identify risks and opportunities to accelerate stock rotation, monitor KPIs, and ensure data-driven corrective actions are taken whenever performance deviates from the plan.
- →Scalable Reporting & Forecasting Systems: Centralize and standardize our weekly commercial reporting and order forecasting. You’ll build the scalable tools, templates, and automated processes needed to ensure a "single source of truth" across the organization.
- →Pricing Strategy & Portfolio Optimization: Act as the strategic lead for customer pricing measurement. You’ll identify optimization opportunities across our portfolio and own the effectiveness of tactical mechanisms like discounts, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- →The Cross-Functional "Bridge": Act as the primary analytical interface between Category Management, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations. You’ll ensure purchasing volumes align perfectly with warehouse capacity and lead structured communication of performance to stakeholders.

- Systems Thinker: You have experience building and improving scalable tools, templates, and reporting processes. You’re not just a user of tools; you’re an architect of them.
- Collaborative Challenger: You bring an open, ego-free approach to teamwork. You’re a strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders (from Treasury to Operations) while remaining willing to challenge your own assumptions.
- Strategic & Tactical Versatility: You can zoom out to help define long-term pricing and category strategies, then zoom in to manage the day-to-day tactical execution of discounts and budget pacing.
- Own It: We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise.
- Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully.
- Empower and Grow: We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers.
- Respect, Transparency, and Clarity: We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how".
