Facilitate organizational change and transformation, ensuring successful adoption across the department;

Own HR analytics and people metrics, translating data into actionable insights and business recommendations;

Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability and ensure business continuity;

Own the HR budget, including planning, forecasting, and cost control;

Lead a team of 3 HR professionals, fostering high performance and continuous growth;

Coach and partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, embed effective performance management practices, and navigate complex people challenges;

Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives that support a high-performance environment;
-
Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and onboarding;
-
Ensure scalable HR processes, policies, and governance aligned with business needs;
-
Lead cross-functional HR projects and strategic people initiatives.
We need your professional experience:
-
5+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role;
-
Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures;
-
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions;
-
Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives;
-
Experience managing HR budgets and people analytics;
-
Previous experience leading and developing an HR team;
-
Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization;
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
-
Excellent communication skills in English.
