Culinary arts expertise is required. Sanitation and quality control perfectionists. Portfolio of creative, one-of-a-kind dishes. Expertise in multitasking. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. Capability to conduct stocktaking and place resupply orders. Outstanding work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
