2025 Poultry production worker

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. As a Production Line Worker at our chicken processing facility, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production line machinery, including cutting, deboning, and packaging equipment. Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Inspect and sort chicken parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production, including quantity and quality checks. Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and lift to [weight] pounds as needed.
