Start your path to Canadian residency and a rewarding career as a Carpenter today. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials • Install floor beams, lay sub flooring and erect walls and roof systems • Install exterior grade doors and windows • Minimum of 6 years of timber framing experience • Must know how to work at heights and have fall protection experience • Supervise apprentices and other construction workers If you're a skilled Carpenter with at least 6 years of timber framing experience, the ability to work at heights safely, and proficiency in English, we want you on our team. We value teamwork, organization, and precision, and if you're a team player who can handle lifting 50 pounds, you're the right fit for us. Your experience with pneumatic tools and fall arrest safety certification are a plus.
