Guardz is seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Partner Manager to join our team. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and enhancing our EMEA market presence by recruiting and managing cyber/IT distribution partners through the Channel ecosystem. This is a quota-carrying role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building and nurturing successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, & other reselling partners through respective Channels (Pax8, Syncro, etc.) to expand Guardz's market reach and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan aligned with Guardz's business objectives and sales targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales teams, and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and collateral.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure their success in promoting and selling Guardz's cybersecurity solutions.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partner effectiveness and revenue generation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and operational support needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, in a quota carrying role within the cybersecurity industry.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, products, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
