Child Care and Preschool Teachers

As a Guide (Teacher), you’ll either Lead or support a mixed-age Montessori classroom in our Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House (ages 3–6) programs.
You'll help create a calm, engaging environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Through thoughtful observation, meaningful relationships, and beautifully prepared classrooms, you'll help each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead or support a mixed-age Montessori classroom
- →Observe children closely to understand and support their individual development
- →Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom learning environment
- →Foster independence through respectful guidance and encouragement
- →Build strong partnerships with families
- →Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive classroom community
- Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, daycare or school setting
- A passion for early childhood education and child development
- A collaborative, adaptable, and positive mindset
- Interest in learning the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcomed but not required)
- Required ECE or Child Development credits, where applicable
- Interest in pursuing our fully sponsored Montessori diploma through the Prepared Montessorian Institute
