Reporting to the NSW Workers Compensation Team Leader, you’ll provide strategic advice and help shape the way we support our clients and each other. Currently our team manage up to 60 claims per portfolio but we’re working hard to bring this down to 35-40 claims per portfolio. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.

At Guild we thrive together, creating work that fits life. Our people connect with purpose, embrace challenges, learn from each other and care deeply for customers and communities. Some other reasons to join Guild are:

  • A shorter working week of 35 hours with a full-time salary (that’s almost 4 extra weeks off across the year compared to a standard 38-hour week)
  • Hybrid flexibility: 2 days in our central Sydney CBD office and the rest from home
  • A collaborative close-knit team where your voice matters
  • Exposure to other teams like Account Managers with no silos
  • Recognition culture: Our Workers Compensation Remediation Team recently won Guild’s CEO Award for driving impactful change
