Responsibilities
~1 min readYou'll be the voice of Garage Pros, creating outstanding customer experiences while supporting our technicians and operations team. In this role, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with confidence and efficiency.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text regarding appointments and service updates.

Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation.

Resolve customer concerns while providing timely and effective solutions.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit our customers.

Learn our services and become a trusted resource for customers and teammates alike.
