Responsibilities

Deliver expert installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial garage doors.

Conduct thorough inspections and ensure repairs meet top safety and performance standards.

Document all work—notes, photos, and diagrams—to support efficient follow-ups.

Maintain strong communication with customers and teammates, always providing top-notch service.

Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, solution-driven recommendations.

Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism at every job site.

Continuously grow your skills and knowledge to stay sharp and industry-ready.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR).
Experience in garage door installation/repair (preferred).
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders.
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
