We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Residential Garage Door Technician who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. This is a hands on role for someone who is humble, motivated, and eager to learn and grow. Whether you’re new to the trade or looking to advance, this is your opportunity to work with one of Oahu’s most respected garage door teams.

💪 What You’ll Do:

Install, service, and repair residential garage doors and openers
Diagnose issues and provide efficient, on-the-spot solutions
Deliver a high-quality customer experience through professional, face-to-face interactions
Take accurate measurements, and follow technical instructions
Safely use hand and power tools.
Provide excellent in-home customer service, offering professional, clear communication.
Perform safety inspections and document your work clearly using photos and service notes.
Identify and recommend helpful solutions—no high-pressure sales, just great service.
Collaborate with your team and utilize tools like ServiceTitan to stay organized and efficient.

🎯 What You Bring:

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and operate hand and power tools confidently.
Strong work ethic and a “hustle” mindset
Mechanically inclined with basic tool and measuring skills
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently
Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
Garage door install/service experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate
