You play a key role in delivering high-quality experiences while contributing to long-term impact in the communities and environments we work in.


🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading community development and education projects, including long-term objective setting and weekly scheduling.
  • Overseeing international volunteers, providing mentorship, and delivering orientations and training sessions.
  • Teaching English classes and facilitating participatory workshops for the local community.
  • Assisting with daily base operations, including logistics, health and safety, and social media updates.
  • Monitoring and evaluating projects through data collection and report writing to ensure high-quality impact.
  • Maintaining strong community relationships as a representative of GVI.


🚀 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Proven experience in teaching and community development.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage groups and complex timetables.
  • Excellent communication skills for public speaking and managing diverse groups.
  • A resilient and adaptable mindset, staying calm in challenging field situations.
  • A people-centric approach, enjoying time spent nurturing and mentoring participants.


Bonus if you also have:

  • TEFL Qualification or equivalent.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Previous experience with GVI
