We are hiring a Sales Programs Manager to join the Global Sales Programs team in São Paulo - Brazil!
This role is a tactical and operational powerhouse, reporting directly to the Sales Programs Director. Your mission is to take defined priorities and turn them into reality, managing the complex moving parts of our sales programs to drive scalable and efficient results.
Your focus is on project-based enablement: you will collaborate with Product Development, Product Marketing, Value Management, and other cross-functional areas to ensure that new offerings and improved sales workflows reaches the sales force (BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and CS) with absolute mastery and precision.
- Project & Initiative Enablement: Lead the end-to-end tactical implementation of sales initiatives, acting as the primary engine for landing new programs within the sales organization.
- Cross-Functional Design & Roll-out: Partner with Product Development, Product Marketing, Value Management and other areas to translate product roadmaps and value propositions into operational sales workflows.
- Process Optimization: Drive the tactical improvement of sales processes (e.g., lead flow optimization and opportunity qualification standards), ensuring they are practical and high-performing for the sales force.
- Strategic Program Support: Provide hands-on support for the rollout of priority business lines and complex commercial models, ensuring the sales force is equipped to execute the strategy.
- Insight-Driven Execution: Take high-level insights from leadership and sales foruns to refine ongoing workstreams or launch new tactical projects that directly address sales friction points.
- AI Implementation: Identify and deploy AI-driven tools and automation to streamline tactical tasks, increasing the overall effectiveness of the commercial engine.
- A Tactical Enabler: You have a proven track record of managing the roll-out of complex projects and initiatives. You know how to take a concept and turn it into a functional process for a sales team.
- Strategic Partner to Sales: You possess strong Business Acumen, allowing you to navigate as a credible partner to BDR, SDR, and AE leadership. You understand their daily challenges and design solutions that work for them.
- Collaborative Operator: Relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Operations, or Product Marketing, with a focus on implementing cross-functional initiatives in high-growth tech environments.
- AI & Tech Savvy: Desirable knowledge of AI tools and how to leverage them to optimize tactical workflows and sales productivity.
- Problem Solver: You excel at independent information seeking and corralling resources to deliver results in challenging, fast-paced situations.
- English Fluent Communicator: Proficiency in English is mandatory; you must be able to coordinate effectively with global stakeholders and communicate complex roll-outs clearly.
