We are hiring a SMB Account Executive to our Client Sales team in Milan!
As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Italy expansion team. You'll be responsible for strategically managing a book of business with inbound and outbound prospects to drive growth.
- Able to autonomously manage your own sales opportunities, engaging new prospective clients coming from Sales Development outreach;
- Balance a high volume of activity, including making contact with new inbound leads quickly and effectively with the view to secure a demo
- Managing this alongside active sales cycles involving video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.;
- Understand how to drive deals forward and be an effective closer; able to effectively multi-thread throughout the sales process
- Manage a high volume of clients, ranging in size and complexity within the SMB market (up to 500 employees)
- Consistently crush your quarterly sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so;
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable;
- Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player;
- Understand the metrics and data behind your performance, and work with your team and manager to be constantly improving

- 3+ years of experience in Sales; with a particular emphasis on closing (full cycle);
- Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred;
- Experience selling a SaaS solution and/or selling to HR stakeholders strongly preferred;
- Outgoing, charismatic and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening; an expert communicator
- Ambitious, tenacious and energetic self-starter;
- Positive attitude and team spirit;
- Extremely coachable and adaptable to change;
- Enthusiasm about helping people have a happier and healthier life.
