At H2 Life, we create smooth and memorable stays for guests from around the world. As part of our Reception team, you will be the first point of contact — setting the tone for each guest’s experience through warm, professional, and attentive service.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, guest-facing role at the heart of the guest journey. You will support arrivals and departures, assist with guest requests, and ensure clear communication between guests and operational teams.

Working alongside an international team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of hospitality functions, contributing to a seamless and well-coordinated guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and supporting check-in and departure experiences
• Assisting with guest enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day requests
• Providing local recommendations and coordinating activities and services
• Communicating with guests across various platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining presentation standards across reception and shared guest areas
• Supporting coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with administrative tasks and guest-related documentation
• Supporting wider operational tasks when required

Who We’re Looking For

• A friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with international guests
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
