At H2 Life, we take pride in maintaining high standards across our properties, even in the most demanding winter environments. As part of the Snow Clearing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe access and smooth daily operations throughout the season.

About the Role

This is an active, outdoor role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work and being out in winter conditions. You will be responsible for maintaining pathways, entrances, and outdoor areas across multiple properties to ensure safety and accessibility.

Unlike many hospitality roles, this position follows a more structured and consistent shift pattern, while still requiring flexibility during periods of heavy snowfall.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Clearing snow from walkways, entrances, parking areas, and key access points
• Maintaining safe and accessible conditions across assigned properties
• Monitoring snowfall and responding efficiently to changing weather conditions
• Supporting the upkeep and basic maintenance of snow removal equipment
• Identifying and reporting potential safety hazards
• Assisting with general outdoor and operational tasks as required
• Working closely with team members to ensure efficient coverage across locations

Who We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a consistent schedule
• A practical, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive mindset with good awareness of safety and surroundings
• Previous experience in outdoor, maintenance, or similar roles preferred
• Valid driver’s license and confidence driving in winter conditions is an advantage
