Executive Officer II (Quality & Standards)

Job

1.       Provide executive support to Coordinating Committees(COCs), working groups and meetings.

2.       Provide support to quality-related projects, e.g. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) development and Annual Plan monitoring.

3.       Provide support to clinical service-related projects, e.g. operating theatre efficiency, anaesthesiology and pain service development.

4.       Support the official quarterly newsletter “Quality Times”.

5.       Support other department projects and teams as required.

6.       Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

1.      A university degree or equivalent.

2.      Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure

1.       At least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience in healthcare settings.

2.       Proficiency in computer application software (including Excel and Powerpoint) and experience in healthcare data analysis.

3.       Good interpersonal and communication skills.
