Salary:

HK$34,705 – HK$40,220 (HGPS point 13 - 16) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

The appointee will be responsible for the following main duties:

Entry Requirements:

1.

(a) Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic /Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; OR

(b) Completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in a building discipline;

2.

At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience;

3.

A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form 3 (before 2012) / Secondary 3 standard.

4.

Obtained valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).

Preferable Attributes / Exposure:

1.

Knowledge of other common office automation (e.g. e-mail, Internet / Intranet, MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD and other MS Office applications, etc.)

2.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

3.

Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

4.

Outgoing and able to work under pressure and stressful situation, including crises.

5.

Formal training in occupational safety and health.
