ABOUT THE JOB
The Treasury Manager assists the treasurer in monitoring the company's financing requirements, managing daily cash activities, overseeing the corporate credit card programs, managing the company's merchant processing activities, building and maintaining banking relationships and assisting in the forecasting and budgeting processes. This position supervises the sr. treasury analyst, cash management specialist, payment systems specialist, and payment systems assistant.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Monitors the company's borrowings, financing requirements and cash flows for both short-term and long-term.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the company's banks and lenders for financial information, forecasts and explanation of variances from forecast and budget.
- Assists in the annual and quarterly budgeting process.
- Assists in building and maintaining bank and service provider relationships.
- Monitors loan covenant compliance and financial reporting to lenders.
- Manages the company's corporate credit card programs.
- Manages the company's merchant processing activities.
- Develops and updates policies related to internal controls, credit card programs and banking activities.
- May be required to drive company vehicle.
- Manages other members of the team.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
- Reliable and regular attendance is required.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related business discipline is required.
- Five years of related experience with at least two years in a treasury function is required.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting or related business discipline is preferred.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated decision-making skills.
- Advanced financial analysis skills.
- Advanced computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as Concur Expense, are required.
- Travel by various means up to 15-20% of the time is required.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
- Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
- Valid U.S. driver's license is required and must meet all company requirements to operate a Helena vehicle.
Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.

The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
