- Support the implementation and maintenance of an effective compliance program
- Assist in reviewing and updating company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory alignment
- Provide guidance to employees on basic compliance requirements and company policies
- Support the execution of action plans related to audit findings and compliance issues
- Review company processes, documents, and practices to identify potential risks or gaps
- Conduct site visits and sample reviews as part of compliance monitoring activities
- Prepare compliance review reports and document findings
- Assist in assessing compliance risks across business operations
- Support employee awareness by ensuring understanding of policies, regulations, and procedures
- Respond to employee queries related to compliance matters
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and support their implementation
- Assist in reviewing new products and services from a compliance perspective
- Support coordination and response to regulatory requests (e.g., SAMA) Participate in regulatory inspections and visits, as required
- Maintain proper records and documentation, and escalate non-compliance issues when identified
- Assist in updating the Compliance Risk Register
- Support preparation of SAMA periodic regulatory reports
