Job Description:

We are seeking a Director for our Esthetics Department that is a Licensed Esthetician; results driven, goal oriented with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics and training! Our ideal candidate is a team player, detail oriented and a leader. They have the ability to collaborate with management and vendor representatives to coach and support others on the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Train and collaborate with the Estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals
Manage stock and inventory
Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
Create excellent experiences for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Flexibility with training hours
Meet our company requirements for ELITE status within 90 days of employment

Job Requirements:

Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
Adhere to vendor and corporate protocols
Liability insurance
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
Weekend availability
Exceed sales goals
Flexibility for training
Ability to direct and collaborate with peers, vendors and colleagues
Monthly support calls
Aid and support fellow Estheticians in maintaining sales goals
Licensed and worked in the industry for a MINIMUM of 3 years
Reliable transportation
Flexibility to travel for seminars and trainings
