What You'll Do

Deliver customized massage treatments based on each guest's needs
Create exceptional guest experiences that encourage loyalty and retention
Educate clients on wellness and service enhancements
Support membership growth through outstanding service
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
Current liability insurance
Proficiency in Swedish massage
Strong communication and guest care skills
Availability for at least one evening and one weekend shift
Ability to work a minimum 6-hour shift
Additional modalities are a plus, and training opportunities are available
