Our Spa Concierge team is more than the first and last point of contact for our guests—they are the heart of the guest experience. We are looking for an outgoing, polished, service-driven professional who loves connecting with people, creating personalized experiences, and confidently recommending solutions that help guests get the most from their time with us.

Our goal is simple: every guest should feel this is the best hour of their month.

This is a highly interactive, customer-service and sales-focused position. You’ll build relationships with guests, learn their preferences and wellness goals, anticipate their needs, and help tailor each visit through thoughtful service recommendations, enhancements, products, and membership options.

What You'll Do

Create a warm, elevated, concierge-style experience from the moment a guest calls through the moment they leave after an appointment
Build genuine relationships with guests and personalize interactions based on their preferences, needs, and previous experiences
Anticipate guest needs and look for thoughtful opportunities to make each visit exceptional
Educate guests on massage, facial, enhancement, skincare, retail, and membership options
Confidently recommend and sell services, enhancements, memberships, gift cards, and retail products based on each guest's individual needs
Manage the guest journey, including reservations, check-in, check-out, rebooking, and follow-up
Help guests create ongoing wellness and skincare routines rather than viewing each appointment as a one-time service
Recognize opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset
Communicate closely with massage therapists, estheticians, and leadership to create a seamless guest experience
Maintain an organized, polished, welcoming spa environment
Contribute to individual and team sales, membership, rebooking, and retention goals

Able to turn a first-time visitor into a loyal, long-term guest
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
