Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Athens, AL is seeking a Spa Sales Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and oversee daily spa operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys developing people while helping a business grow.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000– $50,000

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Spa Sales Manager, your success will be measured by key business metrics, including:

Increase Net Membership Conversion
Tracking and Training on Client Retention
LMT/LE Utilization and Turn-over Rate

Additional responsibilities include:

Leading and coaching Spa Associates to achieve sales goals
Driving membership sales and retention initiatives
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members
Managing schedules and daily spa operations
Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance
Ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture

Qualifications

Required:

Consistent track record of achieving sales goals
Experience coaching and developing employees
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred:

Active Massage Therapy License
Experience in a membership-based business
Spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail management experience
