Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Solon is currently seeking candidates that are goal oriented and passionate about client relations and experience. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage & facial.

This role is designed as a growth pathway. We believe in setting our leaders up for success. For that reason, team members begin in a Spa Associate role and grow into leadership position, as they complete training and demonstrate readiness while hitting targets. This allows you to learn our systems, culture, and service model before stepping into a leadership role.

·       Provide excellent customer service to members and guests

·       Ideal past experience would be working in membership driven environment

·       Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

·       Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and enhancements

·       Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance and HIPPA compliance

·       Promote health/wellness benefits of consistent massage therapy and skin care

·       Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

·       Display a positive, energetic attitude

·       Be a team player

·       Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills

·       Perform various other duties as assigned

·       Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office

·       Ability to multitask

·       $16-$18 per hour plus commission (commensurate with experience)
