💻 THE ROLE

As our Applications Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our business applications – keeping them reliable, secure, compliant and user‑friendly so our teams can focus on changing lives.

You’ll: ✨ Keep business applications running smoothly and securely
✨ Jump in fast to resolve issues and minimise downtime
✨ Manage user access (onboarding, offboarding & permissions)
✨ Support audits, upgrades and continuous improvements
✨ Work closely with users, tech teams and vendors
✨ Help deliver a seamless, frustration‑free app experience

Basically: if it’s an app – you make it better.

🧠 YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

✔️ Have 3–5 years’ experience supporting enterprise or cloud‑based applications
✔️ Know your way around deployments, updates, maintenance & troubleshooting
✔️ Are comfortable with user lifecycle management and access controls
✔️ Understand DevOps principles and application lifecycle management
✔️ Are Excel‑confident (intermediate level)
✔️ Love solving problems, moving fast and taking ownership

A qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field? ✅ Even better.
