  • Schedule and prioritise assessments in line with employer demand.
  • Monitor assessment pipelines and proactively address bottlenecks.
  • Supervise, coach, and support assessors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency through quality assurance and calibration processes.
  • Track team performance against targets and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure assessment results and reports are shared accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth candidate progression into programmes and opportunities.

✅ What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in assessment, training, talent operations, or a similar environment.
  • Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 CEFR spoken and written proficiency).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital assessment/tracking platforms.
  • Comfortable working with data and live operational systems.

⭐ Key Competencies

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Results Orientation – Drives execution and achieves ambitious targets.
  • Accountability – Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
  • Strategic Decision-Making – Makes sound decisions while maintaining momentum.
  • Effective Communication – Communicates clearly and confidently with different stakeholders.
  • Tenacity – Perseveres through challenges and strives for excellence.
