Harambee is looking for a dynamic Work Readiness Facilitation Team Lead to lead the delivery of our Work Readiness Programmes and help equip young people with the skills, confidence, and workplace behaviours needed to access employment opportunities.

🎯 The Opportunity
As the Work Readiness Facilitation Team Lead, you will drive the day-to-day delivery of Harambee's Work Readiness Programmes, ensuring high-quality facilitation, operational efficiency, and participant success. You'll lead and support facilitators, oversee programme delivery across multiple cohorts, and ensure that training remains aligned with employer expectations and workforce readiness needs.
🔑 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate programme delivery across multiple cohorts.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality facilitation of English/French acceleration and workplace behaviour development programmes.
- Coach, develop, and support facilitators to deliver exceptional training experiences.
- Monitor participant performance, retention, and completion rates, driving interventions to improve outcomes.
- Analyse programme performance and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate programme reporting, data management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with employer-facing teams to ensure training delivery aligns with workplace readiness requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across facilitation processes.
✅ What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in youth facilitation.
- Passion for youth empowerment and development.
- Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 CEFR spoken and written proficiency).
