We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and forward-thinking Director – Global Total Rewards to shape and lead our global reward strategy across compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition.
In a highly competitive, creative, and fast-evolving global gaming landscape, reward is more than numbers — it’s a powerful driver of culture, performance, and growth. This role will design and deliver a progressive, data-driven total rewards strategy that attracts exceptional talent, fuels innovation, and keeps our people inspired.
You’ll lead our Benefits and Payroll teams globally, ensuring our reward framework is competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with our growth ambitions and creative DNA.

Monitor global market trends and competitor practices within gaming, tech, and entertainment.
Provide insights that directly influence talent strategy and business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team across Benefits and Payroll.
Drive agile, scalable processes that support multiple geographies.
Partner closely with the broader People team to ensure reward underpins inclusive hiring, engagement, and retention strategies.
