Shift Flexibility:
Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).
Responsibilities

- →Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- →Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
- →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- →Foster a supportive and empathetic atmosphere for patients and their families.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the role (lifting, standing for long periods).
