Harrison Street Asset Management (“HSAM”) is seeking an Associate to join the Real Estate Credit Strategies team in our New York office. The Associate will play a key role in the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of new credit opportunities across HSAM’s target sectors, including multifamily, student housing, senior housing, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. The position will primarily support West Coast originations and provide
analytical, executional, and strategic support across the investment cycle.
This position offers career development and an opportunity to contribute to the overall success of HSAM’s Real Estate Credit Strategies team in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a combination of applicable work experience and a passion for real estate investing.
