Sr Coordinator Logistics

As Sr. Coordinator at Hasbro, you will oversee all activities related to deliveries ex-factory from suppliers, PO management, end-to-end distribution and operational support for Vietnam's vendor base. This role is based in Hai Phong. What You’ll Do: * Weekly follow-up on DI operations to ensure shipments complied with Shipping Instruction (SI) * Oversee EXX & AIR DOM shipment * Supervise operation & manage cost at the bonded warehouse * Liaise with booking agents, forwarders, transporters and carriers to ensure the seamless logistics process * Collaborate with internal and external teams to support operations, enhance processes, and implement related projects. What You’ll Bring: * Minimum 3 years of working experience in the logistics field * Experience in Logistics industry & understanding functions of the trade * Knowledge in supply chain management fundamentals * Requisite regulatory documentation / or experience in corporate logistics / EXIM team handling freight forwarder, Bonded/CFS warehouse, Transporter. * Ability to manage operation/ relationships with vendors/ logistics service providers * Degree holder, preferably in logistics, supply chain management or commerce or equivalent Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Experience in using SAP and recognised PO management systems * Strong problem-solving ability #LI-Hybrid About Hasbro Hasbro is a leading games, IP and toy company whose mission is to create joy and community through the magic of play.
