REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy is
Able to provide transportation for clients for appointments, Shopping, engagement activities, etc.
Advanced Proficiency in English –ability to read, write and communicate clearly. Great communication is ESSENTIAL in this role.
Can commit to an availability of 3+ designated, recurring days.
Some experience as a hands-on Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience.
Willingness to travel up to 15-20 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
Daily access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
