Personal Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Providing companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Offering medication reminders
Supporting daily activities and mobility needs
Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for clients
Delivering exceptional in-home care services with compassion and professionalism

Caregiver Qualifications

HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification preferred but not required
No certification? We will pay for your training
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
Successful completion of a drug screen and nationwide background check
Reliable, honest, energetic, and compassionate
Strong desire to help seniors and individuals in need
