Home Helpers Homecare is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one care to a client in the Grayson area.

This part-time position is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver who already has a schedule and is looking to pick up additional hours during the week.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care, mobility assistance, and support with daily activities while providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with safe transfers and mobility
Personal care and activities of daily living
Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
Toileting assistance
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Companionship and conversation
Assisting with walking and daily activities
Providing support with personal routines
Helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Communicating with the client and family regarding daily needs
Providing dependable and compassionate one-on-one care

Qualifications:

Caregiving or home care experience required
Experience with hands-on personal care
Transfer and mobility experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to complete required employment requirements
Dependable, compassionate, and patient
Ability to work independently
Available Monday and Thursday during the scheduled hours
