Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join our team in Waupun, WI. We are currently hiring caregivers for a client who requires 24-hour care, creating immediate opportunities on all three shifts—days, evenings, and overnights.

What You'll Do
As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that promotes safety, independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Monitor the client's well-being and maintain a safe environment
  • Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
  • Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicate changes or concerns with the office team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
  • Paid training provided for qualified candidates
