ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team in Randallstown, MD! Whether you're a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or experienced Caregiver, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most — right in your own community.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to appropriate staff
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
Maintain accurate care documentation and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver preferred
Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll area
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification
Covid-19 Vaccinated
Previous home care or long-term care experience is highly valued
