Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and adaptive techniques
Recommend home modifications and adaptive equipment
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

Current Iowa Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Home health experience preferred, but not required
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
CPR certification preferred
