At Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Bedford, TX, we're seeking an experienced CNA Team Lead to support clients, coach caregivers, and help maintain exceptional care standards throughout our service area.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines direct client care, caregiver mentoring, case launches, and on-call support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke recovery, and hospice-related needs
  • Train, mentor, and coach caregivers on best practices and care techniques
  • Conduct quality assurance and home safety visits
  • Assist with new client starts and caregiver introductions
  • Help address urgent staffing needs and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and office staff
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and reliability
Qualifications

  • Active Texas CNA certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing experience
  • Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to travel throughout the service area
  • Comfortable using smartphones and electronic documentation systems
  • Ability to safely transfer and assist clients as needed
